Chalta/Elephant apple ,Salt, Turmeric Powder, Mustard oil, Dry Red Chili Powder, Yellow or black mustard powder ,Mustard Seeds, Methi, Panchforan Powder Sugar/Zero Cal, cardamom and cinnamon powder, Bay leaf, Coriander seeds.

Consumer Precautions:Keep the product in dry and cool place to maintain the original test, Use only a clean and dry spoon for each serving. Clean the product on the bottle after every use. As chemical preservatives are not used, it is advised to take preservation measures on your own initiative.
