Delivery within Dhaka Metro city (Within delivery Zone)

For regular products order the Home delivery time is within 2/3 working days (Maximum) from order placed.

In case of any special specific delivery time or date or notes like office time or no need to call before delivery etc. must be specified by customer. Our customer care will contact and confirm the order about possible delivery date and time.

Our order management team will contact the customer before delivery or send the delivery if it is specified by customer notes i.e. “no need to call just send by sms” otherwise delivery will not be sent and after 2 attempts of delivery failure or no response the order will be cancelled by sending sms.

Outside Dhaka through Courier/Parcel

Only Dry items will be delivered after payment in advance  (Liquid or perishable products may  not be delivered) through courier service(where service is available) within 2-7 days from Achar Bazar.

Delivery & Shipping Rates:

We provide shipping to all over Bangladesh and. However, our shipping  rates vary according to your address, the weight of the product and other issues. Your shipping charge will automatically be added to your product at the time of purchasing  and you can see for your own the amount of shipping charge before you finalize your order.

Key issues regarding delivery

  • Delivery is a dependent process on road and traffic situation, it is sometimes unavoidable to reach on desired time, but we try best to reach and deliver product at desired time.
  • Due to political unrest and natural calamity delivery might delayed.
  • Achar Bazar holds the complete Right to change, modify, refuse , reject, about any offer and / or invoice or delivery.
  • Our delivery team will send the courier receipt number after sending parcels through courier.

Payment Option:Currently, ACHAR BAZAR offers you the most convenient payment methods to provide you a hassle free selling and buying experience through Mobile Banking System ”bKash” and Cash on delivery (COD)Only.

  • Cash on delivery – For cash on delivery it must be cash on delivery
  • Online Payment – For most of the products online payments are fixed but for fish and fresh items like fruits (example-papaya), chicken per kg (As these products weight are not fixed) in case of additional weight additional amount will be added to the bill additional bills will be collected by Cash on delivery or in case of less weight than the ordered product be subtracted from the bill and remaining money will be paid back to the customer. If any products are missing or not in stock during delivery day the remaining product will be delivered later or the amount will be paid back to the customer and the order management team will communicate with customer and inform Him/Her about it.
  • Bkash Payment – In case of bkash payment customer must complete the payment through bkash merchant number to acharbazar – 01621554455 With 1.8% bkash charge Before delivery.

Customers Responsibility

  • We usually make phone calls before starting the delivery and when the product reach at customers doorstep. When you have placed an order, please pick up the phone during the delivery process.
  • Please provide a detailed address while placing order, so that it is easier to find your right resident. Detail address might contain landmarks, apartment/suit number etc.
  • Please make sure you are paying the right amount (invoiced in case of COD), do not over pay or even underpay.

How to Place An Order

In order to place an order you need to follow few easy steps. That’s it! The rest is up to us. You just sit back and relax; we will reach you with your products in time.

Step 1:

If you are a new user, you need to create an account on our site. Just click on “Login/Register” at the top of the page and fill the required field to “Create an account”. If you are an old user, just Login with your username and password you created before.

Step 2: (For new users)

After you have passed the process(Step-1), you will become a member of our site and in future, you can Login from your Username and Password whenever you want.

Step 3:

When you want to purchase a product, select the quantity and other details like weight, size etc as you like and click on “Add to cart”.

Step 4:

If you are finished with your shopping, Just click on “Cart” at the top of the page or “My Cart” at the bottom User Area to check your order details and proceed to “Checkout”.

Step 5:

In this step, you need to fill the order form with the required information specially shipping address, and select your payment method. Don’t worry; your information is safe with us.

Step 6:

Now you just need to click “Order Now”. After your order is successful, you will get an Notification Mail regarding your Invoice Information. That’s it! The rest is up to us. You just sit back and relax, we will reach you with your products in time.

In order to track your order, you need to visit our website and click on the “Track your order!” option at the bottom of the page. Check the status related terms to get clear understanding:

Order pending means your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Order processing is the stage between the warehouse and dispatching your ordered goods.

Dispatcher means your order has left our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirming dispatch. “Dispatched” means that you’ve been charged for your order, and you’ll be notified of delivery separately.

Canceled means your order has been canceled either by you or by us.

Return Policy

At Achar Bazar we ensure our honorable customers with the utmost satisfactory service. If the product you purchased does not meet the advertised satisfactory level, you can opt for an instant return to the delivery person without bearing any expense. After receiving the order if it fails to meet your expectations, you can opt-in to return the product within 3 working days, but you have to send the product back to us, at your own expense. Please kindly contact us via e-mail, or our customer service giving us a heads up before sending a product back. Please note that the cost of the initial shipping charges is non-refundable. In the circumstances, that you have received a faulty or damaged product from us, kindly do not accept the product when such circumstances are faced. Kindly send the product back to the delivery man, and we will proceed to process the refund or replacement of the product after receiving the item back, which may take up to 5-10 business days. Once we have received the returned item, the claimed to be faulty product will be thoroughly inspected by the quality assurance team to comprehend if all required return policy requirements are met.
