Product Return & Refund Policies:

  1. For perishable items like Fish, Meat, Fruits, Vegetables customer must check while receiving delivery and if any problem found it must be addressed during delivery time not after delivery. If there is any problem found customer can send it back right away and not take the delivery. Achar Bazar will send delivery again after consulting with sales team and customer, if customer place new orders and Achar Bazar to deliver again. Any Complain after receiving fresh products delivery will not be refunded or returned. But we will welcome the review about the product quality or any other issue from customer.

2.For any order delivery customer must check all products with invoice sent by Achar Bazar. If any products (packed dry items , oils, honey etc packed products **Not perishable product like fish , vegetables, fruits**) missing or have any problem with any products customer must contact with Achar Bazar Sales/Order management. If any problem found within 3 days of delivery customer must have to take a picture of the product/problem and invoice and send it to Achar Bazar facebook messenger and Achar Bazar will return/ refund the products within 7 working days of product delivery (From delivery date).

3.In case of return & refund customer must  return the product to Achar Bazar.

4.For Homemade products like  all Pickles,Sauces,Jelly, peanut butter, Mayonnaise or any homemade foods customer cannot open and eat the product while taking delivery and replace will not be given if the reason is something like | It does not taste good | if there is any food safety related issue please send it back and do not take delivery and if any safety related issue occurs after delivery within 3 days please (customer must) keep the product aside take a picture and send it to Achar Bazar. We will send the replacement or refund and take return from customer within 5 to 7 working days of product delivery (From complain date).

While we hope you’ll be happy with the items you order from our virtual Shop, fb page or by phone, we know you may sometimes  need to return them. If you do, below is all the information you’ll need to know.

Before you take the delivery, make sure you have done the following check

  • Match your ordered items with the Invoice as per size, quantity and other attributes
  • Quick review the quality of the products (like expiry, usage direction, etc)
  • Physical damage or bad appearance.

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the relevant cancellation period. All you need to do is hand over the item(s) you have changed your mind about to the delivery person. No charge or penalty is applicable for such case.

Is item faulty or of poor quality?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, we’re here to help.

You can hand any faulty or poor quality goods back to the driver at the time of delivery

When you return goods to store

When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories. You will need to take reasonable care of item(s) wish list they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting an item, but would not extend to your opening and/or using it). If you damage items whilst they are in your possession, there may be a deduction from your refund.

Receiving your refund

If you’ve handed the item(s) back to the delivery driver, the returned item value will be deducted from the invoice value. If you return it to a store, you can choose either a refund or an exchange.

We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.

Your statutory rights

Don’t worry, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Please be noted that this return policy is not applicable to the following products:

Gift Cards  

– Dairy products.

– Products which were sold as a combo or in a set are only eligible to return in that set or combo.

Some Important Points to be Focused on:

– The return policy is only applicable when the product delivered to you is a defective one, or the product is a product other than the one described on the site.

– In the case that you have changed your mind, and don’t want the product after delivery, then you have to return the product back to us at your own expense and responsibility and we will work on a refund, if and only if, the product is still in a sellable condition.

In case of returns, the customer should follow the following points to get any possible refunds:

– If you do anything happens to the product, unless it has been subject to misuse, damage or unauthorized handling with water, moisture and others negligence in storing then, in that case, Achar Bazar is in no way responsible for it and you will NOT be refunded.

– The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and in perfect quality.

– Product’s original packaging/box should not be damaged.
