Indian Gooseberry Pickle (আমলকীর আচার )  is not very popular pickle in Bangladesh. But it is very popular in India and South Asia, especially in South India . It has a wide range of flavor’s and textures. Amloki pickles (আমলকীর আচার) are generally pickled with oil, vinegar, lemon juice or water. Our pickles are often made into fresh relish and chutney, which provides additional flavors to food. Health Benefits of Indian Gooseberry (আমলকী) : Gooseberries come in different color, flavor, and shapes. Indian gooseberry is exceptionally high in anti-oxidants and vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium and phosphorus. . For the same reason, they are excessively acidic and bitter (astringent) in taste. Gooseberries are low in calories; it has numerous health-benefiting effects to protect from lung and oral cavity cancers, aging, inflammation, and neurological.

The pickle tasted awesome with a combo of both hot & Sweet with spicy taste. Generally this healthy Amloki  pickle (আমলকীর আচার ) makes a nice combo with  plain rice on a hot day..! Indian gooseberry (Amloki), Salt, Turmeric Powder, Sesame oil, Red Chili Powder, Asafetida, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Sugar as per taste, Tamarind/lemon Juice.

Consumer Precautions:Keep the product in dry and cool place to maintain the original test, Use only a clean and dry spoon for each serving. Clean the product on the bottle after every use. As chemical preservatives are not used, it is advised to take preservation measures on your own initiative.
