All Ingredients :

Fresh big china variety Garlic Salt,Turmeric Powder, Mustard oil, Gingerly oil/sesame seed oil, Vinegar,Red Chilli Powder,Asafoetida, Yellow or black mustard powder ,Mustard Seeds,Methi, Panchforan Powder, Fennel seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Carom Sugar/Zero Cal, Coriander Leaves, green chillies, cardamom and cinnamon powder.

Consumer Precautions:Keep the product in dry and cool place to maintain the original test, Use only a clean and dry spoon for each serving. Clean the product on the bottle after every use. As chemical preservatives are not used, it is advised to take preservation measures on your own initiative.

পণ্যের বিবরণ :

রসুনের আচার (Garlic Pickle) জিভে জল আনা এক খাবারের নাম। গোটা গোটা কোয়া  রসুন দিয়ে তৈরি এই আচার পছন্দ করেন না এমন হয়তো খুব কমই আছে। আগেকার দিনে প্রায় ঘরে ঘরেই তৈরি হতো এই সুস্বাদু আচার। কিন্তু এখন সময়ের অভাবে এটি বানাতে পারেন না অনেকেই। ফলে ইচ্ছা থাকলেও স্বাদ আস্বাদনের সুযোগ হয় না। আচার বাজার আপনাদের জন্য নিয়ে এসেছে সম্পূর্ণ ঘরোয়া ভাবে প্রস্তুতকৃত এই আচার।

রসুনের আচারের উপাদান:

চায়না রসুন , সাদা ও কালো সরিষা, হলুদ, মরিচ, সরিষার তেল, আদা, পাঁচফোড়ন, লাল চিনি, কালো গোলমরিচ, ঘরে প্রস্তুতকৃত ভিনেগার, লবণ, লেবু ও তেতুঁল।

কেনো খাবেন আচার বাজারের চায়না রসুনের আচার (Single Clove Garlic Pickle)?

১। বাছাইকৃত চায়না রসুন থেকে প্রস্তুতকৃত।
২। সম্পূর্ণ ঘরোয়া ভাবে তৈরি।
৩। কোনরূপ রাসায়নিক ব্যবহৃত হয় নি। ফলে শতভাগ বিশুদ্ধ ও স্বাস্থ্য সম্মত।
৪। এর শেলফ লাইফ তুলনামূলকভাবে বেশি। অর্থাৎ, সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করলে বেশ কিছুদিন রেখে খাওয়া যায়।
